Senior Audit Associates

We are seeking Chartered Accountants to provide audit services to a wide variety of clients in the insurance and investment industries, as well as local Bermudian companies. Individuals who have recently passed or will be writing final examinations for the American CPA, the UK ACA or the Canadian CA are encouraged to apply. While industry knowledge is an advantage, comprehensive training is provided. Contracts will begin in August / September 2008 for 18-24 months.
The successful candidates will have:
- Two years of recent experience in a public accounting firm, predominantly working on audit assignments;
- Advanced computer skills in an audit setting;
- Excellent interpersonal and report writing skills; and
- Consistently good performance ratings.
Trainee Audit Associates
Required skills and attributes:
- Must be Bermudian or possess Bermudian status;
- Graduating from an accredited university in 2008 (degree in business or finance preferred);
- Academically sound;
- Committed to studying towards a recognised accounting qualification;
- Have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills;
- Prepared to commit to a three year training programme; and
- Have excellent computer skills.
