Investors say that IFRS is having a real impact on the way that they perceive companies’ value and consequently on their investment decisions. An overwhelming majority (79%) see the change to IFRS as a significant one.
PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ipsos MORI surveyed 187 fund managers across Europe to understand the reactions and perceptions of this key group of stakeholders – the institutional investors who will use IFRS information as a core part of their investment decision-making process. The report focuses on pan-European trends.
