Expensive recruitment, high fluctuation. These words summarise the personnel problems of so-called shared service centres (SSCs) in the Czech Republic. According to a new study from the Human Resource Management department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, SSCs spend on average almost CZK 40 000 per employee on recruitment, while the market average is CZK 17 000.
